
3 Ways To Redirect Your Energy And Stay In Your Latest Manifestation
Here’s the thing, we often hear and talk about the idea of manifestation. I like to view manifestation or co-creation as a form of upleveling my energetic vibration. When you begin to shift holistically, so, shifting in your mind, your body, and your spirit, you begin to uplevel or down level your energetic vibration. We all function at some energetic vibration and standing in negative emotions and beliefs will only lower your energetic vibration. Standing in positive emotions and beliefs will raise your energetic vibration.
When you shift positively forward, you want to stay in that vibration—am I right?
When you raise your energetic vibration, you are BE-ing a certain way, and that way of BE-ing is often aligned with your higher self, thus your vision. Your vision is all the things you desire coming together as a part of your life- and the person living that life is the person who you need to start BE-ing today. Notice how I keep say BE-ing? I am saying that because I want to significantly separate the BE into it’s own state.
You get to BE the person who is already living your vision in how you BE today in your life.
You might think—I have no clue who that person would be. Well, if you had everything you desired in your life, would you still be the person you are today? No, you would be a higher vibration of that person you are today. So, you need to start standing in that higher vibration in how you BE in your life today. When you start to BE that vibration, the universe naturally begins to vibrate with you into that uplevel towards who you desire to be and what you desire to have in your life. Magical, right?
Now, let’s say you have upleveled into that next energetic vibration. Let’s say you have upleveled in a MASSIVE way. How can you ensure that you do not slide back.
Yes, you can slide backwards.
All your life, you have been given these limiting beliefs and stories to live by, so you have also learned to worry about the what if. One of the biggest when you have a massive uplevel would be “what if it’s too good to be true?” Do not let yourself fall into your what if backwards falling trap. You are moving passed that and you are moving forward in your life.
Here's a few ways that you can stand in your shift to prevent sliding back
Gratitude
I know, I know, you are grateful for things in your life. If you have a hard time seeing those blessings, then let’s get on the gratitude bus in identifying even the little things. Here’s the thing, often times, it is easy to forget to really notice and be grateful for every little thing in your life. And I mean EVERYTHING, right down to getting stuck in traffic or an argument with your significant other.
I notice, the more I am grateful, the more things just flow in the direction I would like them to. Even the crummy feeling things, I know there is a specific lesson to be learned from them or there may even be something that is unseen that I was protected from. The getting stuck in traffic example, well, what if that prevented me from getting into an accident further down my path? Consider those things that really frustrated you and try to creatively consider how those things may have played a role in your personal growth or protection.
One of my favorite ways to practice gratitude is keeping a gratitude journal. This means, every night, I consider my day and just begin writing what I am grateful for that happened. This could be the highlights of the day right down to the breath I took when I woke up. Just be creative, it shifts you from seeing things as frustrating to seeing things in a new light. The new light is one of the mindshifts that will help you stand in your new uplevel. It creates a positive guidance to keep moving forward.
Choosing You Actions
There are some sort of actions you take to uplevel, just as there are actions you take to down-level. These actions really play a role in staying in the shift. When you fall back into the old pattern of action, you are going to slide backwards. This is because the old patterns were not serving the new you. The new you is the person you are being in this shift. The shift is towards your vision, thus you want to continue to take conscious action towards you vision.
When you become mindful with how you are being and the actions that come through as a result, you start aligning in your path towards your vision.
These actions can also include old habits. Say you learned that a way to balance your mind and energy could come through meditation, thus you began to meditate fifteen minutes a day. Suddenly, your life has shifted in the direction you have been hoping for. Do you stop meditating because you suddenly started to create what you would like to see in your life or do you continue to meditate because that was an action you took towards you vision? Continue the meditation. Continue the actions that drove the change. When you notice a slide back, be mindful of the actions you are taking and redirect them.
Mindfully Redirecting Your Thoughts
This is similar to choosing your actions with a bit of a twist, but it also ties back to who you were being when you created your new uplevel towards your vision. Your old patterns of thinking and your old stories that were standing in your way are not going to serve you in your shift. The easiest way to combat this is to be aware of when those stories come up.
For example, if it feels to good to be true, consider how standing in your vision is going to bring bliss into your life rather than worrying that it’s too good to be true and that it will suddenly bottom out. You really need to pay attention to when the worry comes in. As humans, we have a survival instinct and worry comes with that survival instinct. You get to break that pattern. When you worry, you are creating the story within your subconscious that you cannot have it all. You are telling your subconscious that this is not meant for you. When you mindfully catch that worry, you can mindfully redirect the thought.
Remind yourself this is a part of your vision. Remind yourself to be so grateful that your vision is coming together. Remind yourself that this was created for you ask you had asked it to be. Then have gratitude for it. Just those reminders will help you redirect back into the joy of where you are. It allows you to cut off that worry before you dive into the story of 'what if the other shoe drops.'
